For the third transnational meeting we should have gone to Namur (BEL), but the health emergency caused by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in considerable restrictions to physical mobility.
Anonymal, AMO Jodoigne and L’Officina, therefore had to set up an online meeting on 21 and 22 January 2021 to find together a solution to reorganize international mobility for the young participants and for the educators involved in the project CommuniTV.
All the three partners of the project had to deal with more or less restrictive ordinances that prevented or limited the realization of the activities carried out “in presence” (in open or closed spaces) by recreational and cultural associations and clubs of the social sector. At best, associations, theaters, cinemas and social centers have been forced to suspend their scheduled activities and have only been able to carry them out online.
In Umbria (IT), for example, until 21 February 2021, associations will only be able to carry out individual training activities in person (group activities are not allowed either inside or outside the structure).
The situation is complicated by the fact that the ordinances and decrees are updated on a 10-14 days basis depending on the assessments of Scientific Committees or public security (evaluating the number of positives, the number of deaths and the pressure on hospitals): for these reasong it becomes difficult to be able to make long-term forecasts on the activities to be carried out and their methods.
The partners of the CommuniTV project therefore decided to reshape the training course to make it more feasible in the context of the pandemic.
The pedagogical kit will train young and young educators in the creation of multimedia contents produced with smartphones. In this way, the project will offer a training lab more adaptable to distancing needs and will lead to the creation of "pocket films" by the team of selected boys and girls, highlighting their points of view on their territory and on the meaning of European citizenship.
Along with the creation of audio-video content, participants will have access to an interactive e-learning platform (Mooc/Moodle). Consistent with the goal of "distance learning" mobility, it will be possible for participants to learn and develop skills and competences on participatory media even online.
All productions will be included in a live event that will be broadcast in the three countries of the project partners (a live and online TV (TRIPLEX)).
