In today's meeting we decided on the roles and outlined the working plan.
We assigned the team members not only a "part to play" within the short, but we also assigned roles in the production of the smart-movie.
There are those who oversee the organization of the shooting in all its aspects; who coordinates and supervises the daily work during filming; those looking for and identifying suitable locations for the film and finally those who translate the screenplay into the film.
We then drafted the processing plan, which serves to have an overview of the entire processing: it is a sort of schematic summary sheet that shows all the main information on the shots to be shot.
With today's meeting, the study, writing and casting phase of the smart TV project ends: at the end of the workshop we all celebrated together (in compliance with the safety regulations imposed by Covid). We will start filming next week.
